The LPYC is a non-profit organization serving local youth and providing a safe environment in which to grow & to enrich their lives within their community.


Our mission is to provide a safe place in the community for youth to grow and develop their strengths and positive sense of self and to provide activities that will enrich their lives by drawing on the resources of the community.

Company Overview

The Lower Paxton Youth Center is a small non-profit serving youth in the Harrisburg area. 

It is the vision of the LPYC to be a self-sufficient, youth-driven organization where youth can thrive in a positive and safe environment; develop their leadership skill by planning, promoting, and facilitating youth activities and events, and be empowered to unleash their artistic talents in creative and constructive ways. 

Youth are encouraged to organize and hold their own events including music nights, open mic, improv nights, art shows, poetry readings, etc.


The Lower Paxton Youth Center is a non-profit organization in a little building at 100 Elmwood Drive in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. We have shows, open mics, art shows, and any other event you can think of!

This purpose of this page is to spread awareness about the LPYC, recruit new youth members, post event updates, and share ideas.
