In order to play at the LPYC, you must submit a signed Contract prior to the music night.
A signed copy must be turned in to the LPYC Director, Courtney Hassinger, before you unload your equipment at the gig. Or use Adobe Acrobat Reader to complete the PDF form and email it to: lpyouthcenter@gmail.com
